I have been working with the Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire Postgraduate Medical School on a part-time basis as a Visiting Lecturer since September 2006 developing the PgCert in Sexual Health Course and acting as a visiting tutor to the PGCert in Medical Education course. At the same time I have been completing my MA in Medical Education course a the University.
I work at the Chelsea and Westminster Hospital as a Associate Specialist with the HIV/GUM Directorate with clinical sessions in the Kobler Centre (Europe’s largest clinic for people living with HIV) and the West London Centre for Sexual Health (at Charing Cross Hospital). I am Directorate lead for undergraduate and postgraduate education and hold an Honorary Clinical Lecturer title with Imperial College London.
I sit on the Education Committee of the British Association for Sexual Health and HIV (BASHH) and have organised the annual conference for SAS/NCCG doctors since 2004.
Before coming to Chelsea and Westminster in 1996, I was a principal in General Practice in Wiltshire for 9 years.
